This training methodology provides and effective and safe application of the principles of functional training. Exercises are performed in stages: first: Joint Stability or Posture Alignment; second: Functional Strength of the mobile muscles; third: the development of Integrated Muscle Strength, the body as a whole.
This training system is an excellent complement for sports, as it helps correct muscle unbalance due to specific issues found on each activity and also, to prevent the typical injures of every sport. At the beginning the anaerobic foundation is strengthened but, depending on the development and progress of each individual, more complex routines can be attempted, which have an effect on the aerobic capacity as well.
It has been demonstrated that this discipline helps to develop a balance among the muscles, as well as better joint stability. Therefore, the number of lesions or injuries suffered by a person during the course of his/her regular daily activity is diminished.
